Always very accommodating when I have to go into the office for anything...the whole facility (inside and out) is neat and clean!! The only problem I ever have is the business (who has a storage space that they work out of) across from mine always expects me to move my car if someone needs to get by. Meanwhile they have several cars on their side block cking passage...No big deal really ...it's just ANNOYING! I had no idea people could operate their business from a "STORAGE" Space...

Kim was an awesome manager. She is very helpful and caring.

Where do I start! First off let me just say how amazing Kim is! The communication is on point! I rented three units from them at one point and then went down to two units. This place is clean, staff is friendly, customer service is amazing and they communicate with you about everything. If you call and get a voicemail, they always call back when they are no longer busy! I rented with them for about a year and I would rent from them again anytime! I will surely miss Kim! Both extremely kind, thoughtful and more than helpful! Great place with great people! Highly recommend if you need a storage unit this is the place to go!

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this storage facility and it's employees. Kim is a wonderful manager and runs this place beautifully. Great customer service. My items was always in a clean environment. My unit is outside but covered. I had my unit for about almost 2 yrs plus and everything is always how I left it. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs one. Also the ability to get a truck if you need one is a bonus . Thank-you Kim and Mike for all you guys do. A plus service...

My experience with the staff here was truly amazing!!! The woman at the front Kim desk is the most kindest, understanding and genuine woman I’ve ever met!!! You don’t come across people who truly cares and is understanding a lot in life. I’m truly blessed to have crossed paths with her! They keep the units clean and the prices are very reasonable for what ever size unit you may need !
