Excellent facility and owners. Very clean, fair pricing, climate control was perfect. Transparent billing with auto pay options. It was great to store our seasonal decorations, cool weather clothes, moving boxes, etc for the 2.5 yrs we lived in Clermont. Learned my lesson 20-years ago don’t store stuff in Florida garage if you want to use it later.

Darrell made the process quick and easy. In the door and out with my rental truck in 5 minutes! Definitely recommend this location.

Please please stay away if you’re using them for Uhaul. I made a move from indiana to Florida and was assigned this location by Uhaul. All I had was a small car dolly. I paid for 5 days and returned it 2 days early. I spoke with the wife who told me to bring it in to the location during business hours. Sure no problem. I get there during business hours and notice a gate and you just have a code to get in. I proceed to call the front desk and some man answers the phone and tells me he can’t take it and let me in. I’m very confused at this point. Maybe the wrong address. Nope called Uhaul and confirmed this to be true. The owner proceeded to not acknowledge the Uhaul contract and when someone behind me let me in… the owner then lost his lid and starting yelling that he’s the owner and how did I get in like I trespassed or something? I wasn’t even familiar with the area just following the directions Uhaul gave me. He told me I couldn’t drop it off and I wasn’t supposed to be there. I couldn’t take the dolly back with me to my apartment. Uhaul told me to leave it as it was their obligation to take it. Here we are almost a month later they just charged me over an additional $200.. I called Uhaul and they said this was a very common occurrence and make Uhaul look bad. I have pictures and proof the owner changed the return address after I dropped it off to charge an unauthorized and fraudulent charge by altering a contract without my consent. I am an army veteran and have done many moves across the country With my young family. This has been by far my worst experience.

The new management didn’t care for nothing and didn’t care to organized the spots side by side with mine. The others trailers invaded my place and the management don’t care. So, because that I left there and find another place to parking my trailers.

As time was approaching for me to vacate the unit, I was made aware that I had to be out by Saturday 4/27/24 closing. Well, I was. Cleaned out my unit. Monday morning, I began receiving emails stating that I owed for my belongings still being in the unit. I emailed back and told her that my unit was empty and I have their lock to return. This unprofessional female, began yelling at me telling me what she was going to do and what I was going to do. So, I went up there. She was very unprofessional. Walking up on me with her manly self. I had to just stop and remember I was representing God now and to apologize for any inconvenience. She continued to be rude after my apology. I just left. I just thank God that He changed me. It was hard, but I drove away very humbly. All she had to do was check the cameras like I asked her.

Poor security for your belongings. Security at this storage is poor. Over $50k in items was stolen from small businesses owners and customers in the parking storage area Sunday night/ Monday morning. The area is "supposed" to be under surveillance but yet no one called 911 while the small mom and pop contractors trailers were being vandalized and stolen. How is it that criminals come here and do a shopping spree (a big one at that) and yet no one calls 911? Very suspicious.
