After nearly 12 years of renting a unit at this facility I will no longer need it. It has been a Great Experience. My unit was a covered space. With a high roof if you needed to stand on top of your Rv for any reason. The covered Units are huge 15 X 50 feet on patio smooth concrete. Marilyn and Cole are the Managers very nice and accommodating and have been there long before my arrival 12 years ago. You can't go wrong renting here The price is right also

Since the very first day I walked in for help, I was welcomed and treated so kindly. Marilyn showed me the storage she recommended for the belongings I had, and answered all my questions patiently. Moving is always stressful but she really made it easier. I then needed a Uhaul truck and she worked with me and gave me a great deal. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Great place to rent a storage in and the staff they so nice and easy and respectful i would recommend anyone to go there anytime.

We called after hours in need of a storage unit ASAP, as our grandchildren were moving due to a family emergency. The operator was very helpful and patient with me. The only issue was the unit had not been swept out when they arrived, but not unexpected since it was a fast turn over. We were even able to return the Uhaul truck. We would definitely do business with the Davenport Fla location again.
