Dealing with staff on termination of rent was simple and painless. Entire process from beginning rental to end was smooth easy encounter. Highly recommend

Professional, informative, helpful. Cory on first encounter was friendly and helpful with every question that was asked. Dot ( owner ) on 2nd encounter was the best getting everything setup. Explained everything to the paperwork , use of gate code - storage / etc.

Excellent service. Unit was clean and dry. Gate always worked. Staff was courteous and always available for questions.

Absolutely one the best customer service experiences we have ever had! I would not rent from anyone else!! Management and staff very knowledgeable, curtious, attentive, helpful. We highly recommend Personal Mini Storage in Deland and are really pleased with our unit at their FL-11 location. Well kept facility and perfect location. And another bonus is, they are a U Haul rental affiliate. Win win!

Facility well taken care of. One gate issue in 5 years was immediately addressed. In the course of 5 years the lock we purchased stopped functioning. Site manager not only met me right away to cut the non-functioning lock, but also brought a replacement as well. Most recently, management assisted with a last minute U-Haul rental and were so supportive when I arrived in tears (very stressful situation), which I am so grateful for.

Lisa was awesome she helped us greatly and helped us with a storage unit as well as the uhaul keep u the great work

I have never had a issue using personal mini storage and had great service when I have had to go to office to pay.

Courteous staff that is always available when you need them; answering any questions you may have or helping in anyway they can. The units are very clean, spacious and affordable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a storage unit or that is perhaps looking for a storage facility.. At first my move in started a little rocky my gate code did not work and I was frustrated at having all my stuff ready to go and being sent home to go back later after the gate code was fixed. But they were very nice about it and I found myself having someone else rent a unit as well. A new lock was waiting in the unit for me to either use or return. Very convenient.
