I called and spoke with Joe, who was pleasant and answered all my questions. I then signed up online, got a code, and I was set. Later the same evening I went to the site and gate code worked perfectly and displayed my name to welcome me in. I opened the unit and found the free lock laying just inside the door. The unit was very clean and had rodent contol in place. I placed a few items in the unit, locked up, and my gate code let me out and told me to "have a nice day" by name again. ?

We are always so pleased with Personal Mini Storage of Dunnellon! The staff there is incredibly helpful and kind. We will use them again and again! prices are competitive, and we know that our stuff will be kept safe there. We like how automated everything is, from going to our storage unit to paying online. Great experience.

Very accommodating and easy access to facility. Owners were very pleasant and even gave us a recommendation for someone to move us which we used.

Absolutely amazing!!! From move in to move out!!! Just shy of two years as a customer: I waited to leave this review until after move out. When you move into a new facility and agree to spend your money with them- it often leads to you getting their best customer service up-front.. Who doesn’t want new customers/more money, Right? I can happily leave this review with the absolute highest praise for this establishment! During the month of our move out, we were treated like close family. They continued to go out of their way to take excellent care of our belongings and ensure that we encountered flawless customer service!! Any correspondence with staff felt more like calling your best friend to catch up on life events. Even knowing they were losing a paying customer, the friendly mannerisms and utmost care never faltered! My only regret is not having a reason to continue being their customer! It's a storage facility you pay your rent you don't have any problems. The only problem I have occurred there and 10 years they did some new construction and everything in my storage is covered in dust and cement dust quite aggravating. But that was a one time occurrence they have no more land so it shouldn't happen again

Hours of access aren't great and when I called to inquire about my access code I was yelled at and rudely spoken to when I told the guy on the phone that I was leaving. He said "good, we don't want you here anyway". And this is the highest price storage unit in the area. I would highly recommend finding storage elsewhere.

I emptied my two units on 8-25-23. One unit was supposed to be climate controlled. The ac wasn't on in the climate controlled unit. This unit had rodents and and roach droppings all over my belongings! The other unit I rented was outside and it had a roof leak way to the back of the unit. I had bins with water in them. I called the office to let them of my issues. The answer I was given was "we just purchased the business." "Did I purchase insurance...If not, I should have bought insurance." Yes, I did purchase insurance. How is insurance going to fix the AC not being on?
