I’ve been at my storage actually for 4 years and the people I started off with was excellent. But they ended up getting new management just recently and I can truly say the pleasant customer service still continues. Jackie has been an awesome person. As of today I ended my services with them, and Jackie was a big help. I kept open communication with her and she returned the same. So I was able to close my account successfully and with no problems. Thank you for your help and I pray you guys continue to flourish in your business ?

Jackie was very nice and answered all my questions. The online application was easy to fill out. Was able to move stuff in within minutes of submitting. New ownership will be adding extra security by means of a locked gate soon, which I appreciate. Facility is clutter free and units are easy to get to.

I was wanting to go to a smaller unit when the property was sold. I started looking for other storage units closer to where I live. I notified the company and said I would be out at the end of the month. I was notified about payment I called back twice and left messages on their answering machine. When I went to get the remaining items out of my storage, they had placed a new lock, locking me out of the storage unit that I had paid for to the end of the month I checked with the office girl she realized it was a mistake and said she would take the lock off in five minutes really ticked me off Wait, five minutes when I was not in the wrong I came back another day got the rest of my stuff and I'm done Thank you
