DAVE was just the absolute BEST!! He first helped me out cutting my lock out because I lost my keys, it was so hot and so tricky to break but he was so patient and got it like a professional. Then on moving out date he explained us how to move the 26’ tuck around the place safely..Dave was so helpful later on again when I needed to use the site bathroom that by the way was super clean and smell good… when I got out of the bathroom he waited for me at the front desk with two cold bottle water!! It was a true gift on this hot day!!(we bought 4 bottles ourselves and it was not enough) and he got us!! At the end he came out to get us out of the site safely without hitting anything or anyone and drop me off at my car with the golf cart… I’m telling you Dave went above and beyond with his customer service and he deserves 6 STARS!!!

Dave and Nicole are professional, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We rented a U-Haul and got a storage space in very short order when we had a family emergency and I was really impressed with the service we received in such a timely and professional manner. We were coming from out of state to make these arrangements and did everything over the phone very quickly and efficiently and I couldn't be happier!

The place was great! Front desk guy was very informative and even held a locker for me even though I didn't make a proper reservation. He even brought around cold water bottles while we were moving stuff. Units are pretty standard but there's nothing wrong with that.

Friendly, fast service, can't complain! Would definitely rent a uhaul from here again.

Dave a top tier service representative as check in and check out were a breeze. I had an experience where my father just recently passed away and I needed to get some stuff into a storage unit from South Florida thereafter - just a short few months rental. Dave catered to my every need and unlike the UHAUL across town where the experience was a nightmare, Dave made this experience exceptional and better than I could really ask for. Very helpful. If I was not moving out of Gainesville I would rent again the next time I needed anything from the facility. I cannot recommend this place enough. Bill pay/paying an invoice is even so easy online. Make sure you give yourself enough time to rent a truck and make sure to check their hours so you're not surprised ever and you'll be set.

I had rented a unit next door however I can’t ever find them there so I walked next door and I got FIRST class service from Edwina! She took me to see the awesome unit, completed the rental agreement, and told me that she lives on the property (and watches over everything). That made me feel more secure about leaving my stuff! I highly recommend Personal Mini Storage!!!
