My experience in personal mini storage was good . Ms. alhana The store manager was very helpful, she was very pleasant to talk over the phone and upon my visit to the storage, she was very detailed in information even the agreement she really took time on explaining the process & rules . The unit have its own personal switches of lights I & sockets to plug in humidifier ( because they don’t have A/C ) so plugs can help and since they are drive in . The unit just need a little of Dusting. Bring your own broom or vacuum to help you clean . I love the breeze in the area where my unit of facing & it’s conveniently located to I close to A1A behind Dijon donuts & air comes from the oceans

Nice facility. I like the fact that I can drive up to my storage unit for quick and easy access. Alhana the manager was very helpful and thorough in setting me up with my two units. They cost more in comparison to other storage facilities nearby, which would be the only negative being that it is at the top of my monthly budget. As long as my rates do not go up, I can see myself being a loyal customer for some time.

Have the space for close to 20 years. Never had an issue excellent customer service. Since i recently sold my business i no longer had a neded for the space.

I wanted to share with you my experience with Alhana at Personal Mini Storage. The name says it all with the use of Personal in the company name. She goes above and beyond. My husband and I moved to Satellite Beach and was in need of a small storage unit. This location is very popular and I called to be put on the waiting list for a 5 x 10. Alhana call me that same day and left a message. Unfortunately I missed the message and the unit was rented that weekend. She offered to put me on the waiting list again because she knew I was ready to rent. Another unit became available and she call and left a message. She even held it for a week until I was able to get back with her and rent the unit. Definitely would recommend this place to my friends and family.

She was very professional and warm at the same time. The storage facility is very clean and neat. I am thrilled to have a unit so close to me that is so nice. I can only say wonderful things about this storage unit facility and my experience renting it.
